Day 4: Emerging Technology Governance and Maturity Assessment
Governing AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives; governance maturity assessment; benchmarking; board-level reporting; and continual improvement.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified ISO/IEC 38500 Lead IT Corporate Governance Manager certification examination.
