Day 2: Compliance Obligation Management and Risk Assessment
Identifying and analyzing compliance obligations; compliance risk assessment; due diligence; and control implementation.
Day 3: Building Compliance Culture and Awareness
Compliance culture development; training and awareness programs; communication strategies; whistleblowing and reporting mechanisms; and ethical conduct.
Day 4: Monitoring, Reporting, and Continual Improvement
Compliance monitoring and measurement; reporting to governing body; internal audits; management review; corrective actions; and continual improvement of the CMS.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified ISO 37301 Lead Implementer certification examination.
