Course Modules
Day 1: Introduction to ISO 37001 Auditing and ABMS Framework
Anti-bribery audit principles; ISO 19011 guidelines applied to ABMS; audit program management; and the ABMS certification process.
Day 2: Anti-Bribery Audit Techniques
Evidence collection for anti-bribery compliance; interviewing techniques; evaluating due diligence procedures; and assessing financial and operational controls.
Day 3: Conducting the ABMS Audit
On-site audit activities; evaluating anti-bribery controls effectiveness; compliance assessment with regulations; and documenting findings.
Day 4: Audit Reporting and Program Management
Writing nonconformities and audit reports; recommendations for improvement; managing ABMS audit programs; and auditor competence development.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Auditor certification examination.
