Course Modules
Day 1: Introduction to ISO 37001 and ABMS Implementation Planning
ISO 37001 requirements; ABMS implementation strategy; organizational context and scope; leadership commitment; and anti-bribery policy development.
Day 2: Bribery Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
Bribery risk identification and evaluation; due diligence procedures for business associates; financial and non-financial controls; gifts, hospitality, and donations policies; and third-party risk management.
Day 3: Anti-Bribery Controls and Operations
Implementing anti-bribery controls; training and awareness programs; reporting and whistleblowing mechanisms; ABMS documentation; and operational procedures.
Day 4: Monitoring, Audit, and Continual Improvement
Compliance monitoring; investigation procedures; internal audits for ABMS; management review; corrective actions; and continual improvement.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer certification examination.
