Complete the Course
Work through the interactive eLearning modules, practical exercises, and case studies at your own pace.
Pass the Exam
Take the PECB certification exam. Foundation exams are multiple-choice; Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor exams are essay-based.
Meet Experience Requirements
For Lead-level credentials, submit evidence of professional experience in the relevant domain to PECB for evaluation.
Receive Your Certification
Once all requirements are met, PECB issues your internationally recognised credential, valid for 3 years with annual CPD maintenance.

- Pass the Foundation exam (multiple-choice, 70% passing score)

Demonstrates the ability to plan, design, implement, and manage a management system based on the standard.
Requirements
- Complete a Lead Implementer training course
- Pass the Lead Implementer exam (essay-based, 70% passing score)
- 2+ years of professional experience, including 1 year in the relevant domain
Demonstrates the ability to plan, conduct, and manage audits of management systems in conformity with the standard.
Requirements
- Complete a Lead Auditor training course
- Pass the Lead Auditor exam (essay-based, 70% passing score)
- 2+ years of professional experience, including 1 year in auditing
The highest PECB credential level, demonstrating exceptional expertise combining both implementation and auditing competencies.
Requirements
- Hold both Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor certifications in the same standard
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated thought leadership (publications, speaking, mentoring)
