Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all eLearning courses and certification training programs purchased through the website training.offseq.com, operated by SEQ SIA, registration number 40203405498, registered at Lastadijas 12 k-3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1050 (“OffSeq Training”, “we”, “us”).

2. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, provided that:

• You have not accessed or started the eLearning course content;
• You have not downloaded any course materials;
• You have not registered for or attempted any associated examination.

If any of the above conditions are not met, your right to cancel is forfeited and no refund shall be issued.

3. Authorised Territories

OffSeq Training is authorised to deliver PECB training services exclusively to participants located in specified authorised territories (listed on our Terms of Use page).

Participants who register or enrol from countries outside our authorised territories are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to verify that your country of residence is within our authorised territories before completing a purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the cooling-off period, please contact us at:

Your request must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the order number or course name.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any bank or payment processor fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Promotional Discounts and Coupons

If a course was purchased with a promotional discount or coupon code, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid (i.e., the discounted price), not the original listed price. Coupon codes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Course Substitution

As an alternative to a refund, OffSeq Training may offer course substitution at its discretion. This allows you to transfer your enrolment to a different course of equal or lesser value. Any price difference for a higher-value course must be paid before access is granted.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Courses where content has been accessed or downloaded;
• Examination registration fees once the exam has been scheduled;
• Purchases made by participants outside authorised territories;
• Requests made after the 14-day cooling-off period;
• Certification re-examination fees.

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly may result in the suspension of your account and access to all course materials. We encourage you to contact us first at training@offseq.com to resolve any disputes.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
