Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

OffSeq Training is operated by SEQ SIA, registration number 40203405498, registered at Lastadijas 12 k-3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1050. We deliver digital training services: eLearning course access, downloadable course materials and PECB exam vouchers. There are no physical goods to ship.

2. Delivery method

• eLearning access — credentials to the PECB online learning platform are emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
• Course materials — provided as digital downloads inside the eLearning platform.
• Exam voucher — issued by PECB and emailed to you.
• Certificate — upon passing the exam, PECB issues a digital certificate and a Credly digital badge.

3. Delivery time

• Payment confirmation email — immediately after your card payment settles.
• Course access & exam voucher — within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays.
• Certificate & digital badge — issued by PECB typically within 4–6 weeks after a successful exam.

4. Delivery cost

Delivery is free of charge worldwide. The course price displayed at checkout is the final price; no shipping or handling fees apply.

5. Where we deliver

We deliver globally, wherever the PECB eLearning platform is accessible. If your jurisdiction has restrictions that prevent access to PECB services, we will contact you and issue a full refund in line with our Refund Policy.

6. If something goes wrong

If you have not received your course access email within 2 business days of payment, please contact training@offseq.com with your payment reference. We will resend access promptly. If we cannot deliver the course at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
