Day 1: Introduction to ISO 37301 Auditing and CMS Framework
Compliance audit principles; ISO 19011 guidelines applied to CMS; audit program management; and the CMS certification process.
Day 2: Compliance-Specific Audit Techniques
Evidence collection for compliance assessment; evaluating obligation management; assessing compliance controls; and evaluating compliance culture.
Day 3: Conducting the CMS Audit
On-site audit activities; compliance assessment procedures; evaluating reporting mechanisms; and documenting findings.
Day 4: Audit Reporting and Program Management
Writing nonconformities and audit conclusions; recommendations; managing CMS audit programs; quality assurance; and auditor competence.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified ISO 37301 Lead Auditor certification examination.
