Primary and foundational governance principles; ethical leadership; responsible stewardship; transparency and accountability; enabling principles.
Day 3: Governance Outcomes, Maturity Assessment, and Certification Exam
Governance outcomes and sustainable development; governance maturity assessment; benchmarking governance performance; continual improvement strategies; and the Corporate Governance Manager certification examination.
