Course Description
This advanced course develops the skills to lead DORA compliance programs within financial entities. Master ICT risk management framework implementation, incident classification and reporting, threat-led penetration testing oversight, and third-party ICT service provider management as required by the Digital Operational Resilience Act.

Day 1: DORA Implementation Planning and Governance
DORA compliance gap analysis; implementation roadmap development; governance structure; stakeholder engagement; and roles and responsibilities.
Day 2: ICT Risk Management Framework
ICT risk identification, protection, detection, response, and recovery; risk appetite and tolerance; business continuity management; and information security policy.
Day 3: Incident Management, Reporting, and Resilience Testing
ICT incident classification; major incident reporting to regulators; communication protocols; digital resilience testing program design; TLPT (Threat-Led Penetration Testing) oversight; and scenario planning.
Day 4: Third-Party Risk Management and Oversight
ICT third-party service provider register; concentration risk assessment; contractual requirements; exit strategies; oversight of critical providers; and information sharing arrangements.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified Lead DORA Manager certification examination.
