This training course enables participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, approaches, methods, and techniques used for implementation and effective management of a cloud security program based on ISO/IEC 27017 (cloud-specific security controls) and ISO/IEC 27018 (cloud privacy controls for PII processors). Cover cloud security architecture, governance, compliance, and operational security across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployment models.

Day 2: Cloud Governance, Risk, and Identity Management
Cloud governance frameworks; cloud risk assessment methodologies; identity and access management; privilege management; and data classification in cloud.
Day 3: Cloud Security Operations and Data Protection
Cloud security monitoring and logging; data protection and encryption strategies; network security in cloud; container and serverless security; and configuration management.
Day 4: Cloud Compliance, Incident Response, and Business Continuity
Regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27017/27018); cloud incident response; disaster recovery in cloud environments; and multi-cloud security strategies.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified Lead Cloud Security Manager certification examination.
