Day 3: Cybersecurity Controls and Information Sharing
Cybersecurity controls implementation; network and application security; endpoint protection; information sharing and coordination protocols; training and awareness program development; and stakeholder engagement.
Day 4: Cybersecurity Incident Management and Continual Improvement
Cybersecurity incident management and response procedures; business continuity for cyber events; performance monitoring and metrics; governance frameworks; continual improvement; and certification preparation.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27032 Lead Cybersecurity Manager certification examination covering 7 competency domains.
