Day 1: Introduction to ISO 21001 and EOMS Audit Principles
ISO 21001 requirements recap; EOMS-specific requirements beyond ISO 9001; ISO 19011 guidelines applied to educational contexts; audit principles and concepts; audit program management; and the auditor's role in EOMS assessment.
Day 2: EOMS Audit Planning and Preparation
Defining EOMS audit scope and objectives; audit planning for educational organizations; reviewing EOMS documentation and educational processes; developing education-specific audit checklists; and audit team roles in educational settings.
Day 3: Conducting the EOMS Audit
Opening meeting in educational settings; auditing educational service delivery processes; evaluating learner outcomes and satisfaction data; gathering evidence through classroom observation, learner interviews, and record review; and identifying nonconformities.
Day 4: Audit Reporting, Follow-Up, and Closing
Classifying EOMS audit findings; preparing the EOMS audit report; conducting the closing meeting; evaluating corrective actions for educational nonconformities; assessing accessibility and inclusion compliance; and audit follow-up procedures.
Day 5: EOMS Audit Team Leadership and Certification Exam
Leading audit teams in educational contexts; auditor competence for EOMS auditing; managing audits of diverse educational organizations (schools, universities, training providers); integrated audits; and the Lead Auditor certification exam.
