Day 2: Risk Management and Policy Development
Risk assessment methodologies; policy development; scope definition; gap analysis; remediation planning; roles and responsibilities; and security measures planning using PECB methodology.
Day 3: Implementing SOC 2 Controls and Incident Response
Mapping and implementing controls to Trust Services Criteria; evidence collection and documentation; incident management; business continuity and disaster recovery; and awareness training.
Day 4: Auditing, Reporting, and Continual Improvement
Audit readiness preparation; SOC 2 reporting structure; monitoring and measurement; continual improvement processes; and preparing for SOC 2 certification audit.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified Lead SOC 2 Analyst certification examination.
