Day 3: AI Technology Evaluation and Architecture
Evaluating AI tools, platforms, and frameworks; cloud AI services assessment; vendor selection criteria; build vs. buy decisions; and AI infrastructure requirements.
Day 4: Organizational Transformation and AI Governance
Change management for AI adoption; building an AI-ready culture; skills development programs; AI governance frameworks; KPIs and performance measurement; and responsible AI practices.
Day 5: Certification Exam
Review of key concepts and the PECB Certified AI Manager certification examination.
