Course Description

The ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer training course enables you to develop the competence to lead the implementation and management of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) based on ISO/IEC 42001. You will master the planning, implementation, operation, and continual improvement of an AIMS, including AI governance frameworks, AI-specific risk management, and responsible AI controls. The course provides comprehensive coverage of the ISO/IEC 42001 requirements and Annex A controls for responsible AI development and deployment. Through practical exercises and case studies, you will develop hands-on skills in AI risk assessment, data quality management, model lifecycle governance, and transparency requirements. The exam covers 6 competency domains: fundamental principles and concepts of an AIMS, AIMS requirements, planning of an AIMS implementation, implementation of an AIMS, monitoring and measurement of an AIMS, and continual improvement and preparation for certification audit. Training materials contain over 400 pages of information. Exam and certification fees are included.
