Course Description
The ISO/IEC 27701 Lead Implementer training course enables you to develop the competence to lead the implementation and management of a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) based on ISO/IEC 27701. You will learn to extend an existing Information Security Management System (ISMS) with privacy-specific requirements and controls for both PII controllers and PII processors. The course covers privacy impact assessment procedures, documentation management, control selection and implementation for controllers and processors, monitoring and measurement, and certification audit preparation. The exam covers 7 competency domains spanning fundamental PIMS principles through certification audit preparation. Training materials contain over 400 pages of information, practical examples, and exercises. Exam and certification fees are included.
