Day 1: Introduction to ISO/IEC 27035 and Incident Management Concepts
Information security incident management framework; incident lifecycle phases (plan and prepare, detect and report, assess and decide, respond, lessons learned); incident categories and severity levels; and organizational preparation requirements.
Day 2: Incident Detection, Response, and Certification Exam
Detection mechanisms and monitoring; incident reporting and assessment criteria; response procedures and escalation; evidence preservation; post-incident review and lessons learned; and the Foundation certification exam.
