Day 1: AI Systems Fundamentals and Risk Landscape
AI and machine learning fundamentals; deep learning, NLP, and generative AI; AI threat landscape and attack surfaces; AI system components and architecture; audit planning for AI systems; and risk assessment frameworks for AI.
Day 2: AI Security Assessment and Adversarial Testing
AI model security vulnerabilities; adversarial attacks (evasion, poisoning, extraction); prompt injection and LLM-specific threats; data poisoning and supply chain risks; model robustness testing; and security controls for AI systems.
Day 3: Bias Detection, Fairness, and Explainability
Types of bias in AI (selection, confirmation, automation); fairness metrics and evaluation; explainability and interpretability assessment (LIME, SHAP); transparency requirements; ethical AI frameworks; and human oversight evaluation.
Day 4: Data Governance, Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance
Training data governance and quality; data lineage and provenance; privacy considerations in AI (GDPR, differential privacy); EU AI Act risk classification and requirements; emerging global AI regulations; and compliance assessment methodologies.
Day 5: AI Audit Reporting, Recommendations, and Certification Exam
AI audit findings documentation; risk scoring for AI-specific vulnerabilities; actionable recommendation development; stakeholder communication; continuous monitoring of AI systems; AI governance program assessment; and the certification exam.
